Types

I offer three type of sessions:

Private Clients - 30 minutes 1 month program / 4 sessions, 30 min weekly session (in person or Zoom), 3x daily practice homework, Email/WA support between sessions.

Group Workshop - 45 minutes 4 part, ideally once a week, 45 min weekly session (in person or Zoom), 3x daily practice homework, Email/WA support between sessions.

Single Event Workshops - 60 minutes
